Host/Hostess
This position is responsible for greeting guests at the entrance of WTR Grill. Provides in-room dining at a quick and efficient pace to the hotel. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Food Runner/ Busser
This position is responsible for serving as a support system for servers and the rest of the team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Dish Washer
This position is responsible for performing tasks to ensure that the kitchen, work areas, and dining areas are cleaned and prepared in an orderly condition for patrons. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Seats and presents menus to guests in a friendly and professional manner keeping up with the in/out flow of all patrons.
- Inform guests of special catch, soups, and events.
- Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables.
- Answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant, events, etc on the phone.
Food Runner/ Busser
This position is responsible for serving as a support system for servers and the rest of the team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver food to patrons in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
- Maintain table settings by removing finished courses and replenishing utensils as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bussing station.
Dish Washer
This position is responsible for performing tasks to ensure that the kitchen, work areas, and dining areas are cleaned and prepared in an orderly condition for patrons. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain dish machine cleanliness.
- Wash dishes and appliances.
- Organize dish and pan racks.
- Separates and removes trash to its designated containers.
Front Desk Agent
This position is responsible for welcoming guests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Engineer/ Maintenance
This position is responsible for maintaining the building, grounds, and mechanical equipment with particular attention towards safety and security. Engineer will ensure our guests' satisfactions has exceeded their expectations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
This position is responsible for welcoming guests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Registering, assigning rooms, and issuing keys to guests.
- Provide information about services available in the hotel, nearby attractions, and the surrounding area.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
- Clean and organize lobby and entrance areas as needed and as time permits.
- Respond to guests' requests.
- Answer telephone inquiries.
Engineer/ Maintenance
This position is responsible for maintaining the building, grounds, and mechanical equipment with particular attention towards safety and security. Engineer will ensure our guests' satisfactions has exceeded their expectations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain timelines and work schedule in accordance with the preventative maintenance program.
- Perform general maintenance to guests rooms and public areas.
- Assist in all phases of repair work.
- Perform guest requests as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC equipment, laundry and kitchen equipment.
